Olympic Way:
The perfect transition
from swimming lessons to competitive swimming
refines stroke skills and teaches the basics of
competitive swimming in two 45 minute practices a

Bronze
Group:
At this
level, swimmers aged 8-12 who can swim freestyle and
backstroke proficiently and have been introduced to
butterfly and breaststroke, continue to perfect
their strokes and get their first taste of
competitive swimming. Developmental swimmers
practice for 60 minutes three times a week.
Silver
Group:
This is
the intermediate level of the RAC age group program
and is for
swimmers between the ages of 9 and 13 years of age.
In this group swimmers continue to hone their
swimming skills while being introduced to regular
training sets. Swimmers
are encouraged to practice 3-4 times per week for 75
minutes.
Gold Group:
This is the highest level of RAC's
age group program and is for swimmers between 10-13
years of age. Swimmers will continue to refine
stroke mechanics while placing a greater emphasis on
endurance training. Practice last for 120
minutes 4 times per week.
Seniors:
This
level is for swimmers aged 13 and over who are ready
to begin senior level competition. This group is
expected to train five times a week both in the
water and on dry land.
Senior
Elite:
This is
the highest level of competitive training with
6–9 practices, six days per week. Swimmers
concentrate on event specialization and compete at
the state, sectional and national levels.
Masters:
This
program is for adults of all ages and abilities who
enjoy maintaining peak fitness. This program meets
